Who We Are
A legacy of unity, a vision for impact
Nsobati Women’s Community Impact Network (NWCIN), also known as Nsobawoa–NWCIN, is a non-profit, apolitical, and women-led organization rooted in the heritage and identity of Nso women.
We bring together women across Cameroon and the Diaspora to promote unity, strengthen leadership, and drive sustainable community development initiatives with a strong focus on rural women.
History About Us
- 1996 : A group of women came together in Yaoundé to promote unity, solidarity and cultural identity.
- 1998 : Became the Women’s Wing of the Nso Cultural and Development Association.
- 2008 : Gained legal independence as Nsobati Women’s Association.
- 2016 : Expanded nationally and moved headquarters to Kumbo, Bui Division.
- 2021 : Extended activities to the Diaspora
- 2025 : Evolved into NWCIN, embracing a global community impact network approach
